Erosil (sildenafil) tablets 50 mg. №2

Ingredients:

Each tablet contains 50 mg of sildenafil citrate.

Dosage:

The recommended dose is one tablet 30 minutes to 1 hour before sexual activity.

Indications:

Erosil tablets are indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult men.

Contraindications:

Do not take Erosil if you are also using a nitrate drug for chest pain or heart problems.

Directions:

Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water. Avoid high-fat meals before taking Erosil as they may delay the effect.

Scientific Evidence:

Sildenafil, the active ingredient in Erosil, is a potent and selective inhibitor of cGMP-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) which is responsible for degradation of cGMP in the corpus cavernosum. This action allows for prolonged vasodilation and increased blood flow to the penis, resulting in improved erectile function.

Clinical trials have demonstrated the efficacy of sildenafil in the treatment of erectile dysfunction across a wide range of patient populations. A study published in the International Journal of Impotence Research showed that sildenafil significantly improved erectile function compared to placebo in men with diabetes.
