Scientific Evidence:

Studies have shown that Gliclazide is effective in controlling blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes. According to a study published in the Journal of Diabetes Research, Gliclazide demonstrated superior efficacy in reducing HbA1c levels compared to other sulfonylureas.
Additional Information:
It is important to monitor your blood sugar levels regularly while taking Glicin tablets. Inform your doctor if you experience any unusual symptoms or side effects.
Pharmacological Effects:
Gliclazide acts by increasing the release of insulin from the beta cells of the pancreas. This helps to lower blood sugar levels by facilitating the uptake of glucose into cells for energy production. Additionally, Gliclazide has been shown to have antioxidant properties, which may help protect against diabetes-related complications such as cardiovascular disease.
Clinical Trials and Comparative Effectiveness:
In a comparative study published in the International Journal of Diabetes in Developing Countries, Gliclazide was found to be more effective in reducing fasting blood glucose levels compared to other sulfonylureas. The study also reported fewer incidences of hypoglycemia with Gliclazide treatment, making it a safer option for many patients with diabetes.
Overall, Glicin tablets 250 mg. №40 offer a reliable and effective treatment option for individuals with type 2 diabetes, backed by scientific evidence and clinical trials supporting its efficacy and safety.
