active substance: 1 coated tablet contains ibuprofen 400 mg and excipients.

IMET №20 INDICATIONS
Symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain syndrome, cold and flu symptoms, fever.

DOSAGE AND APPLICATION
The dosage for children depends on body weight and age and is usually 7-10 mg / kg of body weight with a maximum total daily dose of 30 mg / kg.

The dose interval depends on the symptoms and the maximum daily dose; it is not recommended to repeat the dose earlier than 6:00.

For short term use only.

If complaints persist for more than 4 days, you should consult a doctor.

PROPER USE SAFETY
To reduce the likelihood of side effects, the lowest effective dose should be used for the minimum period necessary to eliminate symptoms.

In patients with an increased risk of gastrointestinal complications, concomitant use of proton pump inhibitors should be considered.

Particular care is required with the simultaneous use of drugs that increase the risk of ulcers or bleeding.

Patients with arterial hypertension and / or mild to moderate heart failure in history require appropriate monitoring that NSAIDs can cause fluid retention in the body and lead to edema and increased blood pressure.

OVERDOSE
Treatment. There is no specific antidote. Gastric lavage, induction of vomiting are performed, activated carbon is used. Therapeutic measures depend on the severity of the patient’s condition and the general principles of intensive care.

Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction
Other NSAIDs, including salicylates: the risk of ulcers and bleeding in the digestive tract increases through synergism of action, therefore the simultaneous use of ibuprofen with other NSAIDs is not recommended.

Digoxin, phenytoin, lithium: their concentration in the blood may increase with simultaneous use with ibuprofen. When used correctly, as a rule, it is not necessary to control the concentration of digoxin, phenytoin, lithium in the blood (maximum within 4 days).
