Ingredients

Active ingredient: Memantine Hydrochloride. Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal anhydrous silica, talc, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, macrogol 400, titanium dioxide (E171).

Dosage

Recommended dosage: The usual starting dose is 5 mg once daily. The dose is then increased by 5 mg at weekly intervals. The maximum recommended dose is 20 mg per day.

Indications

Memox 20 (memantine) tablets are indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe Alzheimer’s disease.

Contraindications

Do not use Memox 20 (memantine) tablets if:

• You are allergic to memantine or any other ingredients in the product.
• You have severe renal impairment.
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Directions

Take Memox 20 (memantine) tablets exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Swallow the tablets whole with water. Do not crush or chew the tablets.
