Ingredients

Active ingredient: Moxifloxacin 5 mg/ml.

Dosage

Dosage: Instill 1 drop in the affected eye(s) every 6 hours for the first 2 days, then 1 drop every 8 hours for the next 5 days.

Indications

Indicated for: Treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis caused by susceptible strains of microorganisms.

Contraindications

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to moxifloxacin or any other component of the formulation.

Directions

Directions: Wash hands before use. Tilt head back, pull lower eyelid down, and instill prescribed number of drops. Close eye for 2 minutes without blinking.
