As a dietary supplement to the diet as an additional source of probiotic lacto-and bifidobacteria, plant polysaccharides in order to regulate the activity of the gastrointestinal microflora and improve digestion. Pro complex- and prebiotics, part, enhances immunity and prevents the development of dysbiosis, gastroenteritis, dyspepsia, diarrhoea (associated with receiving antibiotics, including Helicobacter pylori eradication), in-hospital diarrhea, transient dysfunctions of the bowel (diarrhea, constipation, flatulence, colic) associated with changes in diet, travel and other causes) allergic conditions (allergic rhinitis, asthma, eczema, atopic dermatitis, diathesis) supports healthy balance of vaginal microflora in situations associated with an increased risk of a breach, including after diseases, during and after treatment with antibiotics and other drugs, during prenatal preparation of pregnant women at risk (with violation of the purity of the vaginal secret).

General properties
Rotabiotik capsules is a combined synbiotic, which includes probiotic live lyophilized lacto- and bifidobacteria (Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium spp., As well as Streptococcus thermophilus) and the prebiotic inulin.
Rotabiotik capsules optimizes body functions, regulates balance and normalizes the composition of intestinal microflora, maintains the normal balance of vaginal microflora.
Lactobacilli, which are part of Rotabiotic, break down carbohydrates to form lactic acid. The acidic environment created at the same time promotes the development of bifidobacteria, which make up 85-95% of the intestinal microflora of the human body. Cultures of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus form a symbiosis, compensating each other’s metabolism and stimulating mutual growth.
Inulin is a plant polysaccharide, a polymer of D-fructose. It increases the absorption of calcium and magnesium, helps to normalize lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, and reduces the concentration of cholesterol and glucose in the blood. Inulin has a positive effect on the intestinal flora and stimulates the growth of lacto- and bifidobacteria. In addition, inulin has a prokinetic effect (stimulates intestinal peristalsis).
Lactobacilli, for their ability to colonize the intestines, are considered natural competitors for a place in the microbiocenosis and for a food substrate, and, as a result, passively displace pathogenic bacteria and restore the normal balance of microflora. Lacto- and bifidobacteria increase the nonspecific resistance of the body, have an immunomodulatory effect.
The bacteria of normal microflora, which are part of Rotabiotik capsules, activate parietal digestion, participate in the enzymatic breakdown of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, as well as in the metabolism of bile acids and cholesterol. Lacto- and bifidobacteria synthesize amino acids, pantothenic acid, vitamins K and group B, promote the absorption of iron, calcium, vitamin D; they also synthesize pro-inflammatory cytokines, prevent the development of food allergies and help to reduce the manifestations of dermatitis (including atopic) and eczema.
Intestinal dysbiosis is a risk factor for the development of severe allergic skin lesions. Pathophysiological processes in the digestive system lead to the formation of antigenic complexes and abnormal food breakdown products containing microbial components. As a result, food sensitization of the body occurs, which is the leading mechanism for the development of allergic diseases of the skin and mucous membranes.
Under the influence of various factors – hormonal imbalance; reduced immunity (against the background of other diseases); pregnancy also changes the balance of hormones; when taking certain medications (antibiotics, hormonal drugs, contraceptives, etc.) with insufficient or excessive hygiene of the genitals, as well as with improper use of tampons; with urinary tract infections and frequent change of sexual partners – the balance of the vaginal microflora is disturbed. With vaginal dysbiosis in the urogenital tract, the concentration of intestinal microorganisms increases sharply. At the same time, the level of beneficial bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium decreases in the intestinal and vaginal contents.
Lactobacilli, which are part of Rotabiotik, restore the natural acidic environment of the vagina, prevent the fixation of pathogenic microorganisms on the surface of the vaginal mucosa and increase its protective properties.
Inulin, which is a part of Rotabiotic, is a prebiotic, as it is the best nutrient medium for beneficial lacto- and bifidobacteria in the intestines.
In addition, the benefit of inulin lies in its ability to lower cholesterol and glucose levels in the blood, replacing it with natural fructose. Therefore, the polysaccharide is of particular value for people suffering from type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
By improving metabolism and healing lymphoid tissue, inulin strengthens the immune system, increases the body’s resistance to pathogenic microorganisms and viruses.
Thus, due to the combination of lacto- and bifidobacteria and inulin, Rotabiotic exhibits increased efficiency compared to products containing one type of bacteria.
Method of administration and dosage
On the recommendation of a doctor:
- young children (children from 1 to 3 years old) – take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day;
- children aged 3 to 12 years – take 1 capsule 1-3 times a day;
- children over 12 years of age and older and adults – 1-2 capsules 1-3 times a day.
In obstetric and gynecological practice, Rotabiotic is used in normal doses.
For prenatal preparation of pregnant women at risk, take 2 capsules 1 time per day for 5-8 days.
Take capsules after 30 minutes. after meals with drinking water.
Children aged 1 to 3 years and persons who cannot swallow a whole capsule should open the capsule immediately before use, pour the contents into a spoon and mix with a small amount of drinking water at room temperature. The resulting mixture is not subject to storage.
The duration of the course of consumption is determined by the doctor individually.
Usually the consumption rate is 3-4 weeks. In case of dysbacteriosis resulting from the use of antibiotics, sulfa drugs and other reasons, at the end of the course of consumption in the absence of complete normalization of the microflora, maintenance doses of Rotabiotic (half of the recommended daily dose) are prescribed after 10-14 days for 1-1.5 months.
In conditions that occur with relapses, repeated courses of consumption are advisable, but not earlier than in a month.
It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.
Warning
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a nutritious diet.
The need for taking during pregnancy and lactation is determined individually.
