Ingredients

Each rectal suppository contains 500 mg of mesalazine.

Dosage

The usual dosage is one suppository to be inserted into the rectum once daily, preferably at bedtime.

Indications

Salofalk rectal suppositories are indicated for the treatment of ulcerative colitis, proctitis, and proctosigmoiditis.

Contraindications

Do not use Salofalk suppositories if you are allergic to mesalazine or any other ingredients in the product.

Directions

Before use, ensure the rectal area is clean. Insert one suppository into the rectum and retain it for as long as possible.
