Pharmacological properties

Pharmacological. The analgesic effect of drops for gastralgia is due to the action of the sum of belladonna alkaloids. The drug has a moderate antispasmodic effect, has a sedative effect due to valerian and peppermint, which are part of the drug, the wormwood tincture normalizes the functions of the stomach, reflexively causes an increase in the secretion of gastric juice, and improves the digestion process.

Gastralgia, non-ulcer dyspepsia, chronic gastritis with reduced gastric secretory function, hyperkinetic biliary dyskinesia.

Belladonna alkaloids reduce or stop the action of cholinomimetics, anticholinesterase substances, potentiate the arrhythmogenic effect of MAO inhibitors, cardiac glycosides, clonidine, the cholinolytic properties of quinidine, novocainamide, the effects of barbiturates, adrenomimetics, antihistamines, tranquilizers. With lead acetate, calcium salts, tannin, lily of the valley tincture, the drug forms precipitates.
