Functional properties
Cranberry extract – (Vaccinium Macrocarpon Extract) contains polyphenol, organic acids (benzoic, citric, malic and quinic), flavonoids, a large amount of minerals (iron, manganese, phosphorus, iodine, potassium, calcium) and vitamins (P and C, B1 and B2). Cranberries contain a lot of tannins – phenolic compounds that inhibit the growth of pathogenic microorganisms and prevent their penetration into living cells. Therefore, cranberries can enhance the effect of many drugs, such as antibiotics.
They are used for infectious diseases of the urinary system, as well as for the unpleasant odor of urine and for acidification. With chronic cystitis and pyelonephritis, it helps prevent relapses. Recommended for preventing the formation of kidney stones.

Bearberry extract (bearberry) – (Uvae ursi folia) contains glycosides arbutin, free hydroquinone, gallic, elagic, ursolic and other organic acids, tannins of the pyrogal group, flavonoids (quercitrin, quercetin and myricitrin), ascorbic acid, tar trace elements.
The therapeutic effect of Bearberry’s preparations is mainly due to arbutin, which, under the influence of hydrolysis, breaks down in the body into sugar, hydroquinone and glucose. Hydroquinone has an antiseptic and diuretic effect. Arbutin irritates the renal parenchyma, causing a mild diuretic effect. May be recommended for inflammatory diseases of the bladder and urinary tract.
Horsetail – (Equisetum arvense L) contains ascorbic, silicic and organic acids, saponins, alkaloids, fats, tannins, fatty oil, carotene, flavonoids, bitterness and mineral salts.
