Ingredients

Active ingredient: Levofloxacin 500 mg.
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol.

Dosage

Recommended dosage: 500 mg once daily, or as prescribed by a healthcare professional.
Do not crush or chew the tablets. Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.

Indications

Zolev-500 (levofloxacin) coated tablets are indicated for the treatment of bacterial infections such as sinusitis, pneumonia, skin infections, urinary tract infections, and more.

Contraindications

Do not use Zolev-500 (levofloxacin) coated tablets if:
