Scientific Evidence:

Additional Information:
Diclotol tablets should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. If you experience any adverse effects or allergic reactions, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
Pharmacological Effects:
Aceclofenac works by inhibiting the enzyme cyclooxygenase, thereby reducing the production of prostaglandins that cause pain and inflammation. This mechanism of action helps alleviate symptoms of arthritis and related conditions, providing relief to patients.
Clinical Trials and Comparative Effectiveness:
In a comparative study published in the Journal of Rheumatology, aceclofenac was found to be more effective in improving pain and function in patients with osteoarthritis compared to other NSAIDs. The study also highlighted the favorable gastrointestinal tolerability profile of aceclofenac, making it a preferred choice for long-term use.
