Ingredients:

Each tablet contains 500 mg of mesalazine.

Dosage:

The usual adult dose is 2 to 4 tablets taken 4 times a day.

Indications:

Pentasa tablets are indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease.

Contraindications:

Do not use Pentasa if you are allergic to mesalazine or any other ingredients in the tablets.

Directions:

Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the tablets.
