Contraindications

Violation of amino acid metabolism, hyperhydration, acute renal failure with elevated levels of residual nitrogen, severe liver dysfunction, metabolic acidosis, severe circulatory disorders, hypoxia, decompensated heart failure, phenylketonuria, hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction

It is not recommended to mix with other drugs.

Application features

Use only clear solution from an undamaged bottle.

Exceeding the recommended infusion rate leads to incomplete absorption of amino acids and loss of the drug in the urine. To ensure a more complete assimilation of amino acids, it is recommended to combine the administration of the drug with the simultaneous infusion of solutions of carbohydrates (glucose), vitamins B1, B6, C.

If it is necessary to prescribe Aminol solution to patients with cardiac decompensation, renal or hepatic insufficiency, the drug should be prescribed with caution in reduced doses under the control of diuresis and blood biochemical parameters in the presence of cerebral hemorrhage – taking into account the recommendations that the total volume of fluid administered should not exceed 2 l per day.

With long-term administration of Aminol solution, it is necessary to monitor daily plasma osmolarity, nitrogen content in the urine, the level of electrolytes, urea and the acid-base state of the blood.

Any infusion into a peripheral vein can cause irritation of the vessel walls and thrombophlebitis. Therefore, it is recommended to inspect the site of the catheter daily. If the patient is also assigned to the introduction of a fat emulsion, then it should be administered, if possible, simultaneously with Aminol to reduce the risk of developing phlebitis. It is necessary to strictly observe the rules of asepsis, especially when installing a catheter into a central vein.

When using the drug should adhere to the following:

– use the drug immediately after opening the vial;

– the drug is intended for single use only;

– do not use the drug, which has expired;

– the unused balance of the solution in the bottle and all the remaining mixture after the infusion of the drug should be destroyed.

Use during pregnancy or lactation

It should be used with caution for the treatment of women during pregnancy and lactation – only if there are clear indications and after assessing the ratio of the possible risk and the expected effect of the drug.
The ability to influence the reaction rate when driving vehicles or operating other mechanisms

The drug should be used only in a hospital setting.
Method of application Aminol and doses

To conduct a biological test for drug tolerance, use the following scheme:

– for patients weighing up to 40 kg, administer 2 ml intravenously;

– for patients weighing from 40 kg to 60 kg, inject 3 ml of the drug intravenously;

– for patients weighing over 60 kg, administer 5 ml of the drug intravenously by bolus. Assess the patient’s response to drug tolerance. If there is no negative reaction to the test after 3 minutes after it, use the drug in accordance with the

Directions

Assign adults intravenously drip at a rate of 15-25 drops per minute (45-75 ml per hour). For the introduction of each 100 ml of the drug, at least 1:00 is needed. Before administration, the solution is heated to 35-37 ° C.

With partial parenteral nutrition, the daily dose is 400-800 ml for 5 days, with complete – 400-1200 ml daily until enteral nutrition is restored.

Overdose

Increasing renal failure, hypersensitivity reactions. In the presence of these phenomena, it is necessary to stop the infusion. To eliminate hypersensitivity reactions, conduct destabilizing therapy. After elimination of hypersensitivity reactions, if necessary, it is permissible to restore the infusion at a reduced rate. In case of an overdose of the drug, sometimes there is an increase in the excretion of amino acids through the urinary tract, which disappears when the drug is stopped.
Side effects

With the rapid introduction of possible hyperemia of the face, fever, dizziness, nausea, headache, vomiting. The introduction of the drug into a peripheral vein can cause irritation of the venous walls and thrombophlebitis.
