5 ml of syrup contain collection of dry sedative extract (extractant – purified water) [sedative collection contains dog nettle grass, hop cones, peppermint leaves, rhizomes with valerian roots, roots and rhizomes of licorice (4: 2: 1,5: 1.5: 1)] 311.5 mg;
Excipients: sodium benzoate (E 211), sorbitol (E 420), aspartame (E 951), propylene glycol, glycerin, polyethylene glycol, methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 218), propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E 216), flavored “Lemon”, purified water.

Syrup.
Main physical and chemical properties: liquid from brown to dark brown with a slightly yellowish or greenish tinge, with a specific odor. Opalescence and precipitation of a small precipitate are allowed.

Pharmacodynamics. A complex herbal preparation, the action of which is due to the properties of biologically active substances of motherwort, hops, mint, valerian and licorice (hydroxycinnamic acids, flavonoids, terpene glycosides, etc.). Has a complex sedative effect on the central nervous system: has a mild calming effect, reduces psycho-emotional stress, hypersensitivity to external stimuli and associated manifestations of autonomic dysfunction, eliminates sleep disorders. With long-term use does not cause drug dependence.
Indication.
Mild forms of neurasthenia and neurosis, accompanied by increased excitability, anxiety, fear and tension, irritability, depression, fatigue, cardiovascular neuroses with cardialgia and hypertension, mild forms of sleep disorders due to nervous and / or mental stress. “Manager’s syndrome”), decreased memory and concentration, menopausal syndrome.
Contraindication. Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, acute inflammatory diseases of the stomach and intestines, irritable bowel syndrome, gastric ulcer, bronchial asthma, liver and kidney dysfunction, hypokalemia, severe obesity; depression and other diseases accompanied by depression of the central nervous system.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction. If you are taking any other medicines, you should consult your doctor about the possibility of taking the drug.
It can be used together with other sedatives and cardiovascular drugs.
The drug can potentiate the effects of alcohol, cardiac glycosides, hypnotics, psychotropic, analgesic, antispasmodic, antihypertensive drugs of central action; when used in combination with cardiac glycosides, antiarrhythmic drugs (quinidine), thiazide and loop diuretics, laxatives may increase hypokalemia.
Method of application and dosage.
Take orally for adults and children over 12 years of age 5-10 ml (1-2 teaspoons) 1-2 times a day (morning and evening) for 15-20 minutes before eating. The maximum daily dose is 20 ml (4 teaspoons).
For sleep disorders, take 5-10 ml (1-2 teaspoons) 1 time in the evening before bedtime.
The duration of treatment depends on the therapeutic effect and is usually 7 days. Treatment can be repeated in 1-2 weeks.
Children. Do not use in children under 12 years of age (no experience).
Overdose.
Symptoms: general weakness, decreased hearing and vision acuity, palpitations, mental agitation, severe fatigue, water-electrolyte imbalance, increased manifestations of adverse reactions.
Treatment:
gastric lavage, if necessary – symptomatic therapy; with a significant severity of neurological side effects should be prescribed caffeine.
