Properties of active ingredients:
- Lutein is a carotenoid extracted from the medicinal plant calendula. It satisfies the daily requirement of this component in the body in the macula – the zone of best vision, which is responsible for high-quality and clear vision. Lutein is selectively bound to specific proteins of the retina, serves as a natural screen of the retina, protects it from too bright light irritation. With long-term lack of lutein, irreversible deterioration of vision occurs.
It selectively absorbs the aggressive part of the spectrum of light rays (protective shielding function) and neutralizes their aggressive effects (antioxidant effect). - Blueberries are a generous gift from nature to residents of northern latitudes. The berry contains many substances necessary for the normal functioning of the body: organic acids (citric, lactic, oxalic, cinchona, malic and succinic), trace elements (including manganese, selenium, chromium and zinc), vitamins (vit. E, groups B, C and PP, carotene complex), bioflavonoids (including quercetin, isoquercetin, rutin), anthocyanins, tannins, carbohydrates, amino acids (cysteine, glutamine, glycine), triterpenoids, phenols, polyphenols, catechins and essential oils. Blueberries have no equal in terms of manganese content. Modern medicine uses only one healing property of blueberries – its positive effect on the organ of vision. The use of blueberries improves the blood supply to the retina and, as a result, accelerates the regeneration of retinal tissue, improves vision at dusk, increases the field of vision and reduces eye fatigue. The anthocyanosides (flavonoids) of blueberry fruit have a beneficial effect on the retina, preventing wear and tear of this hypersensitive tissue, and stimulate the production of rhodopsin, a photosensitive pigment of the retina, increasing its sensitivity to changes in light intensity. Under the action of anthocyanosides, the fragility of capillaries decreases, the walls of blood vessels are strengthened, their elasticity increases, the flexibility of cell membranes is improved, the development of inflammation and thrombus formation is prevented, metabolism is activated at the tissue level, the blood supply to the organ of vision is improved, the risk of glaucoma is reduced.
- Vitamin C – helps to maintain the colloidal state of the intercellular substance and normalizes capillary permeability. Regulates the restoration of visual pigments.
- The complex of vitamins of the vitamin premix (vit. E, vit. B1, B2, B5, B6, B9, B12, C, nicotinamide, D-biotin) serves as a catalyst for many biochemical processes in the human body, helps to increase the body’s defenses, reduce aggressive effects environmental factors.
Recommendations for use:

- diabetic angiopathy (for the prevention of eye diseases), diabetic retinopathy, retinopathy of various origins;
- violation of twilight vision and mechanisms of adaptation of vision in the dark;
- increased, including light, loads on the visual apparatus (to protect the retina from solar, computer and other types of radiation);
- decreased visual acuity, visual fatigue, eye strain, asthenia of the eye muscles;
- myopia, hyperopia;
- conditions after injuries and inflammatory diseases of the eyes, to accelerate healing after eye operations;
- age-related changes in the structure of the eye associated with aging processes (destruction of the vitreous humor, iris subatrophy, etc.);
- windsurfing, mountain skiing, mountaineering (large snow and water surfaces almost completely reflect ultraviolet rays).
