Ingredients

Each tablet contains: Metformin hydrochloride 500mg.

Dosage

Recommended dose: The usual starting dose is 500mg twice a day or 850mg once a day with meals. Dosage may be adjusted based on blood glucose levels.

Indications

Metfogama tablets are indicated for:

• Type 2 diabetes mellitus
• Adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control

Contraindications

Do not use Metfogama if:

• You have severe kidney disease
• You are in a state of diabetic ketoacidosis

Directions
