Active ingredient: Cefpodoxime proxetil 200 mg.

Dosage

Dosage: The usual dose of Pecef is 200 mg twice daily for 5-14 days depending on the infection.

Indications

Indications: Pecef is indicated for the treatment of various bacterial infections including respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, and gonorrhea.

Contraindications

Contraindications: Do not use Pecef if you are allergic to cefpodoxime or other cephalosporin antibiotics.

Directions

Directions: Take Pecef as prescribed by your healthcare provider. It can be taken with or without food.
