Piascledin 300 composition
The active ingredients of the preparation are unsaponifiable compounds of soybean oil and unsaponifiable compounds of avocado oil.

Capsules.
Indications
Corrects metabolism in cartilage tissue, and also has anesthetic and anti-inflammatory effects. With systematic use, it slows down the degenerative processes in the cartilaginous tissue of the joints, reduces pain and restores their motor function.
Piascledin 300 is used in the complex treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee or hip joints of the I – III stage, as well as the adjuvant treatment of periodontitis.
Contraindications
The drug is not used in the therapy of those who suffer from intolerance to its components.
Due to the fact that the composition of the drug contains soy oil, in case of allergy to soy or peanut products, the drug is not prescribed.
The drug does not affect the speed of psychomotor reactions or the ability to concentrate, which allows it to be safely used in the therapy of those who drive vehicles or dangerous mechanisms.
Children
It is not used in pediatrics.
Application during pregnancy and lactation
Due to the fact that there have been no adequate clinical studies of the effect of the components on the development of the fetus, it is not used in the therapy of pregnant women.
It is not prescribed for lactating women, since its safety in their therapy has not been confirmed.
Method of administration and dosage
Piascledin 300 is for oral administration.
Adult patients should take 1 capsule once a day with meals. When swallowed, the capsules are not crushed, chewed, do not dissolve and washed down with a glass of clean water.
If you accidentally missed taking the drug, then during the subsequent administration, the dose is not doubled. The duration of treatment is determined by the doctor based on the severity of the symptoms of the disease.
Overdose
Overdose cases have not been recorded. If you accidentally take the drug in doses exceeding the therapeutic ones, you should immediately seek help from the nearest medical institution.
Side effects
When taking the drug, patients may develop belching. To prevent the development of an unpleasant symptom, the capsules should be taken with meals. Also, when using the drug, patients may experience diarrhea, epigastric pain, hypersensitivity reactions, increased transaminases, alkaline phosphatase, bilirubin and gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase.
Storage conditions and periods
Must be stored in a place protected from moisture and light. Duration of storage of capsules, subject to all the rules, is 3 years.
