Prostin E2 (Dinoprostone) Gel Vaginal 1 mg/3g – Syringe №1

Ingredients:

• Each 3g syringe contains 1 mg of dinoprostone.

Dosage:

• The usual dose is 1 dose (3g) administered vaginally.

Indications:

• Prostin E2 gel is indicated for the termination of pregnancy, treatment of nonmalignant hypertonic uterine dysfunction, and for cervical ripening.

Contraindications:

• Do not use Prostin E2 in cases of known hypersensitivity to prostaglandins, acute pelvic inflammatory disease, active cardiac, pulmonary, renal, or hepatic disease.

Directions:

• Administer the gel deep into the vagina. Dosage and duration should be individualized based on the specific indication.
