For nasal use only. Tilt your head back, insert the dropper into the nostril, and squeeze the bottle gently while inhaling. Repeat for the other nostril. Do not use for more than 3 days.

Scientific Evidence

Naphazoline, the active ingredient in Sanorin nasal drops, is a sympathomimetic agent that constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion. Studies have shown that naphazoline provides rapid relief from nasal congestion with minimal systemic absorption, making it a safe and effective option for short-term use.

Additional Information

It is important to follow the recommended dosage and not use Sanorin nasal drops for more than 3 days to avoid rebound congestion. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional. Store the product at room temperature away from moisture and heat.

Pharmacological Effects: Naphazoline acts on alpha-adrenergic receptors in the nasal mucosa, leading to vasoconstriction and decreased nasal blood flow, which helps alleviate congestion.

Clinical Trials: A randomized controlled trial comparing naphazoline nasal drops with placebo demonstrated significant improvement in nasal congestion and airflow in the naphazoline group within 15 minutes of administration.
