Properties

Blueberries help improve the blood supply to the retina and, as a result, accelerate the regeneration of retinal tissue, improve vision at dusk, increase the field of view and reduce eye fatigue. Anthocyanins (flavonoids) of blueberries have a beneficial effect on the retina, preventing the wear of this hypersensitive tissue, and stimulate the production of rhodopsin – a light-sensitive pigment of the retina, increasing its sensitivity to changes in light intensity.

Under the influence of anthocyanins reduces the fragility of capillaries, strengthens blood vessel walls, increases their elasticity, improves the flexibility of cell membranes, prevents inflammation and thrombosis, activates metabolism at the tissue level, improves blood supply to the visual organ, reduces risk.
