Ingredients

Active ingredient: Temozolomide 140 mg

Dosage

Dosage: The usual recommended dose is 150-200 mg/m² once daily for 5 consecutive days, repeated every 28 days.

Indications

Indications: Temomedak is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme concomitantly with radiotherapy and then as maintenance treatment.

Contraindications

Contraindications: Do not use Temomedak if you are allergic to temozolomide or any of the ingredients in the product.

Directions

Directions: Take Temomedak capsules orally on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal, with a glass of water.
